The machine design includes four independent stations: a block for traction from the top, a block for traction from below, a triceps station, and a block frame with four traction blocks: two upper and two lower. The traction block from the top has adjustable support rollers for fixing the legs; the block for thrust from below has a guide roller adjustable in height; the design has an adjustable roller that provides fixation of the legs. The upper blocks are designed to perform exercises: crossover, bringing the arms in front of you, extending the arms for triceps, upper traction, and twisting on the press. The lower blocks are for: kicking back, to the side, cross leg raises, lower pulls, bent over rows, chin rows, biceps curls, and so on.
