Scott’s bench, seated is designed to perform the biceps curl exercise with a barbell or dumbbells. This exercise perfectly develops the muscles of the arms, biceps, and flexors of the forearm. The Scott bench takes up little space and is very effective for the training of athletes in various sports, it forms strong, beautiful hands. Due to the location of the athlete (sitting), the spine is completely unloaded, which eliminates the possibility of injury.
